First visit · what to bring

What should I bring to my first physio visit?

Comfortable clothes you can move in (joggers + a t-shirt are perfect), any previous scans or doctor notes if you have them, and a list of your current medications. We do the rest.

What should I bring to my first wellness class?

A water bottle and a small towel. Mats and props are provided for every class. Wear something you can move and stretch in — no shoes are needed inside the studio.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your first session so we can sort out paperwork and walk you through the space. Returning visits, 5 minutes is fine.

Where is the clinic and is there parking?

Siyara is at Pavani Encore, 1st Floor, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad. Building parking is available on the ground floor; ride-share drop-off works well from the main road.

Physio booking · cancellation

How does physio booking work?

You submit a request from /services with your preferred date and time. Our team reviews it within clinic hours and calls you to confirm the exact slot. Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours if the schedule allows.

Why is it a request and not an instant booking?

First physio visits are 60 minutes one-on-one, with a clinical assessment that doesn't fit a simple calendar slot. The phone confirmation lets us match you with the right therapist and ask any questions before you arrive.

How do I cancel or reschedule a physio appointment?

Call or WhatsApp the clinic at +91 78420 41889 as soon as you know. Same-day cancellations are best done by phone so we can offer the slot to someone on our waitlist.

What does the first visit cost?

First-visit pricing is shared on the phone when we confirm your slot, since the plan depends on what we find at assessment. We accept cash, UPI, and card.

Wellness classes · packs · membership

How do I book a wellness class?

Browse the public schedule at /wellness/schedule. Pick a class and either book the free intro (your first class is on us), sign in with an existing member account, or buy a class pack / monthly membership.

Do classes have capacity limits?

Yes — most classes are small-group, with seats listed on each session. When a class is full you can join the waitlist; if anyone cancels we'll move you in automatically and notify you.

What's the difference between a class pack and a membership?

A class pack gives you a fixed number of credits you spend per class, valid for a window (e.g. 10 classes for 60 days). A monthly membership lets you book unlimited classes within the month, capped at 2 per day so the schedule stays open for everyone.

How much notice do I need to cancel a class without losing the credit?

Cancel at least 4 hours before class start and your class-pack credit is refunded automatically. Inside that window the credit is consumed (memberships don't use credits).

Free intro class

What's the free intro class?

Your first wellness class at Siyara is on us. Pick any session marked 'Book free intro' on the schedule, fill in a quick form, and we'll create your account and book the seat in one go.

Who can book the free intro?

Anyone who hasn't been a Siyara wellness member before. The intro is one per person — we match on phone number and email so the same household can each book their own.

What happens after the intro class?

You keep your member account. Sign in any time to buy a class pack or a monthly membership and continue booking. The intro doesn't roll into a paid subscription on its own.

Refer a friend

How does refer-a-friend work?

Every member has a personal referral code on /me/profile. Share the link with friends; when they book their free intro using your code, you receive 2 bonus class credits.

How many friends can I refer?

Up to 10 successful referrals per year. The bonus credits are valid for 90 days and can be used on any regular class subject to capacity.

Can I refer myself or use my own code?

No — referrals require a different phone number and email from the referrer. The system blocks self-referrals automatically.

Payments · refunds

Which payment methods do you accept online?

Online wellness packages are paid via PhonePe (UPI, cards, wallets, net banking). At the clinic we accept UPI, cash, and card.

I paid but didn't get my login email — what now?

Check spam first; if it's not there, email support@siyarawellness.com with the PhonePe transaction id and we'll re-send the credentials within one business day.

Do you refund a purchase?

Unused class packs and memberships are refundable in exceptional circumstances (medical, relocation). Contact us at support@siyarawellness.com to discuss; refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Privacy

How do you handle my medical information?

Physio assessments and clinical notes are stored against your patient record and visible only to staff with a clinical role. We never sell data and never share it with third parties without your written consent. Read the full /privacy policy for detail.

Can I delete my account?

Yes — sign in, open /me/profile, and use 'Delete account'. We anonymise your record within 30 days. Statutory clinical-record retention rules apply to any physio assessment notes.
