Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective from May 2026 · Siyara Physio & Wellness, Hyderabad

1. Class Bookings

  • Bookings are confirmed instantly when a class credit or active membership is available.
  • Each booking consumes one class credit from your active package.
  • If a session is full, you may join the waitlist. You will be automatically promoted and notified when a seat opens.
  • Daily booking limits may apply depending on your package type.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 4 or more hours before class time will receive a full class credit refund to use on another booking.
  • Cancellations within 4 hours of class time are not permitted. The class credit is forfeited.
  • No-shows are treated the same as a late cancellation — the credit is not returned.

3. Refund Policy — Package Purchases

  • Full monetary refunds are available within 24 hours of purchasing a class package, provided no credits have been used.
  • After 24 hours, no monetary refunds will be issued. Unused credits remain available until the package expiry date.
  • If a booking is cancelled (within the allowed window), only the class credit is returned — not a monetary refund.
  • Monthly memberships are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

4. Introductory Classes

  • Each person is entitled to one free introductory class.
  • The intro credit is valid for 7 days from the date of sign-up.
  • Intro credits are not refundable or transferable.

5. Physiotherapy Appointments

  • Appointment requests are subject to confirmation by our team within 24 hours.
  • Please contact us directly to reschedule or cancel a physiotherapy appointment.

6. General

  • Siyara reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor unavailability or insufficient enrollment. Full credits will be refunded in such cases.
  • By creating an account and booking a class, you agree to this policy.
  • This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
