Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Siyara website and mobile app. By creating an account, booking a visit, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

The service helps you find information about our physio and wellness offerings, request appointments, view your scheduled visits and shared records, and stay in touch with our team. Clinical care itself happens in the clinic with a licensed clinician.

Not medical advice on its own

Information shown in the app — including condition pages, exercise guidance, and treatment-plan summaries — supports your in-clinic care. It is not a substitute for an evaluation by a qualified physio therapist or physician. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.

Your account

• Provide accurate information when you sign up. Keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity from your account. Tell us right away at support@siyarawellness.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate another person.
• You can delete your account at any time from My profile.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to:

• Attack the system, scrape data, or attempt to access records other than your own.
• Upload material that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or contains malware.
• Spam our staff, fellow members, or our booking system.

Bookings and cancellations

Booking requests are confirmed by our front desk. Show up on time; if you can't, please cancel as far in advance as possible so the slot can be offered to another patient. Recurring no-shows may forfeit booking privileges.

Payments

All payments are taken in person at the clinic. The app does not currently process online payments. Receipts are issued by the front desk.

Intellectual property

Brand assets, content, and code published on the service are the property of Siyara and our licensors. You may use the service for its intended purpose; you may not copy or redistribute the content otherwise.

Disclaimer + liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, Siyara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are breached or to protect the safety of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts at Hyderabad.
