    Functional strength for real life — Progressive resistance training paired with mobility drills — for post-rehab clients ready to rebuild and for everyday strength seekers.

  • Pilates Reformer

    50 min · 1:1 or duets

    Core, control, precision — Reformer-based Pilates focused on deep core, spinal articulation, and controlled strength — a favourite of post-natal and post-surgical clients.

  • Breathwork & Meditation

    30 min · group

    Nervous system reset — Pranayama, box-breathing, and guided meditation. Down-regulate stress, improve sleep, and improve heart-rate variability over time.

  • Recovery Lounge

    30 min · self-guided + coach

    Active recovery + circulation — Guided recovery sessions with foam rolling, soft-tissue tools, and compression. Great between training cycles or as a standalone reset.

  • Pre-natal & Post-natal

    45 min · group + 1:1

    Mom-safe movement — Specialised programmes for each trimester and the post-natal recovery window — pelvic floor, diaphragm, and progressive return to movement.

  • Senior Strong

    45 min · small group

    Balance, bone, and confidence — Fall-prevention focused training for clients 60+. Functional strength, balance ladders, and joint-friendly cardio in a small-group setting.

  • Nutrition Coaching

    30 min · 1:1

    Sustainable eating — 1:1 nutrition coaching alongside your training. Habit-based, no fad diets — built around your goals, lab work, and lifestyle.
