Yeswanth brings thirteen years of musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including practice in Australia, and is the team's specialist in recovery techniques.

Ajay treats musculoskeletal and sports injuries across the whole arc of care — prehabilitation before a planned surgery, rehabilitation after an injury, and the long road back after an operation. He has three years of clinical practice since his post-graduation. Away from the clinic he travels, gardens, and is happiest outdoors meeting new people.

Shravani came to Siyara through sport — her post-graduation is in sports physiotherapy and she interned with the Sports Authority of India's national centre of excellence at Aurangabad, working alongside athletes in training. She organises physiotherapy outreach events, volunteers with NGOs, and dances, draws and makes things when she is not at the clinic.

Fayez trained at Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences and brings a gym-floor understanding of how people actually move — he lifts, runs, and knows what it takes to get someone back to training. Found most weekends running, at the gym, or hunting for a new café.

Sathvika completed her physiotherapy internship at AIG Hospitals in Gachibowli, where a busy hospital floor taught her to listen quickly and explain clearly. She listens to music, travels, and is usually learning something new.

Nikitha has two years of clinical practice and works the way Siyara does — from the evidence, with the reasoning explained to the person in front of her. She practises yoga, runs, and trains for strength and core control, which is often exactly what she is coaching a patient through.
